Our Shipping Policy has been drafted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Portugal, aiming to protect your rights as a consumer.
Delivery Times:
The delivery time for mainland Portugal varies from 7 to 14 business days and for the Islands (Azores and Madeira) varies from 14 to 20 business days after payment confirmation. We maintain transparency by providing the tracking code for all products, allowing you to monitor the status of your order.
Tracking codes will be provided to you, our customer, 3 to 5 business days after the product is posted.
Loss and Delays:
In case of loss or if delivery takes more than 30 days after payment confirmation, we will refund the full amount of the purchase. Although the delivery time is subject to the speed of CTT, it usually varies between 7 and 15 days on average. The final delivery time is up to 30 days.
If the deadline is exceeded, we recommend that you contact our support team to clarify the reasons for the delay.
Logistics Problems:
If we identify that there is a problem with the delivery logistics, we will refund your FULL purchase after completing the verification steps.
Delivery Address:
Please make sure you provide the correct address for delivery. We are not responsible for address errors on the part of the customer. If there are proven unsuccessful delivery attempts (up to a maximum of 3 attempts), it will be necessary to collect the order at the CTT closest to your address. Remember that storage fees are applied if the order is not collected within 7 calendar days, with the amount of the fee being determined by the weight/volume of the product.

Essenza Glam acts as an intermediary between the original factories of the products and the end customer. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the United States, Asia and Europe. We have industry authority and a team specialized in marketing products from solid partnerships with key suppliers, providing innovative, exclusive products at great prices. There are situations where the delivery of an order may be made in one or more shipments, as the products may be shipped by different suppliers. In these cases, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.
